EDIT: The DISTRIBUTOR of this product reached out to me a couple of weeks ago and offered me a full refund! I have to commend them for that!!! However, I did tell them I would not modify my review of the product itself, but that I would definitely mention they stood behind what they sell, good or bad. I hope this helps someone out there.

If I could give this -10 stars I would. What a huge disappointment! I'm 66 years old. I still have my Lionel train set from 1962, and my Race Car set from 1968 and they are both still functioning. This Chinese product is junk. The track REFUSES to stay together. And what's even more annoying is the sound of race cars going around the track as soon as power is plugged in. All the while, the track, like Chinese roads, keeps coming apart. I purchased this for my grandkids for their birthday, and what a disappointment. This is absolute garbage. Stay away. It's too late to return it. I have spent about four hours trying to get the track to stay together long enough to get one or two laps and I gave up. It's useless. Avoid at all costs.
