The following steps have to be performed on an Android device (or an android emulator like bluestacks). If you have the Deezer app installed, remove it first.

Create a new Google account on the Android phone. Select the new account in Google play store and continue to payment settings page. Add your card and select Turkey as country. No address needed.

Open Chrome in private mode, choose desktop view and head to the play store. Login with your new account, look for the Deezer app and click install. This will remotely install the app on your phone.

Open the Deeze app and select login with Google initial price will show as GBP but when you select it and subscription via Google play will show you will see the price in Turkish lira 206.90 GBP 9.22
