To get the game you need to register a free account on Games2Gether.com, then link your Steam account by following the link on the site and accepting by logging into your Steam account. Afterwards the "Rewards" page on the site (the link to this deal) should show a "Redeem" button for Endless Space. After clicking it the game should be automatically added to your Steam library.
