עזרה במשלוח שלא הגיע מאיביי

הי,

הזמנתי לפני כחודשיים משלוח מאיביי. לאחר שפניתי למוכר בשאלה מדוע המוצר עדיין לא הגיע קיבלתי את התשובה המפורטת מטה.

בתשובה מבקש המוכר דרך המערכ ת של איביי לבקש החזר מכוון שהמוצר לא הגיע, תוך שהוא מדגיש שלא לפתוח בקשה להחזר בפייפל (באמצעותה שילמתי על המוצר).

על פניו הבקשות של המוכר נראות לי הגיוניות אבל רציתי לבדוק שהוא לא מנסה לעקוץ אותי באיזושהי דרך ולהימנע מתשלום ההחזר.

1) Go to your order history
2) Click on more actions dropdown and select “I didn’t receive the item”
3) Tell the seller you would like a refund
4) Tick “I have reviewed what I have wrote” box and send request
Once we have received this request we can go ahead and raise a lost in post claim with the courier and a refund will be issued to you.
Please note: you must raise a case in the eBay resolution centre and NOT with PayPal as eBay is where you have placed the order.
